- Alex Foster (Sheffield Eagles) – Grade B Dangerous Contact – 1 Match Penalty Notice (Higher end of the Charge Grade)
- Connor Davies (Halifax Panthers) – Grade D Dangerous Throw/Lift – 2 Match Penalty Notice and a £250 Fine
- Brogan Mellor-Churm (Featherstone Rovers Women) – Grade C Head Contact – 1 Match Penalty Notice
- Kaitlin Hubbert (Cardiff Demons Women) – Grade C Head Contact – 1 Match Penalty Notice
- Jodie Cunningham (St Helens Women) – Grade B Dangerous Contact - £50 Fine
- Millen Downes (Bradford Bulls Women) – Grade C Dangerous Contact -1 Match Penalty Notice
